Golf

Canyons Golf Course winds through dramatic mountain terrain in Park City, offering sweeping views, elevation changes, and striking red rock outcroppings. This scenic layout blends natural beauty with challenging play, delivering a memorable high-alpine golf experience.

Guided Tour of Utah Olympic Park + Museum & Wine Tasting

  • Duration: 70 minutes
  • Location: Off property, bus transportation provided
  • Included: Wine and snacks at stops

Discover the amazing Utah Olympic Park - home to many of the 2002 Olympic events and the future 2034 Winter Olympics - while you sip gold-medal-winning wines selected for each stop. This 1.5-hour tour brings you close to the slides and jumps at this awe-inspiring Olympic venue.

Yoga

  • Duration: 70 minutes
  • Location: Off property, bus transportation provided
  • Included: Yoga mats provided

Join a guided yoga session designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect—both physically and mentally. Set against the backdrop of an immersive retreat experience, this class will combine mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness to support clarity, focus, and overall well-being. Whether you’re new to yoga or a regular practitioner, this is an opportunity to step away from the pace of the day and return feeling grounded, energized, and ready for deeper conversations and connections.

Indoor Climbing

  • Duration: 70 minutes
  • Location: Off property, bus transportation provided

Session lessons for a beginner to advanced climber to work on custom skill development and progression. Harness & Adaptive Equipment included. One support person allowed.

Paddle Sports

  • Duration: 70 minutes
  • Location: Off property, bus transportation provided

Paddleboard (Stand or Seated), canoe or Kayak with us at the Jordanelle Reservoir. A wide variety of specialized equipment and teaching methods provides accessibility with adaptive needs. PFD and Paddleboard, canoe or Kayak included.

Mountain Biking

  • Duration: 70 minutes
  • Location: Off property, bus transportation provided

Whether it is your first time on dirt or you're a long time rider, join our staff to create a custom bike skill progression. The NAC has access to incredible terrain with a wide variety of bikes to get you out! Bike and helmet included.

Archery

  • Duration: 70 minutes
  • Location: Off property, bus transportation provided

Our instructors have a wealth of expertise to make archery adaptive, whether you use a power wheelchair, have low vision/blindness or use your teeth to shoot the bow. Bows, arrows, arm guards and adaptive equipment are provided.

Hike

  • Duration: 70 minutes
  • Location: Off property, bus transportation provided

Hiking at the NAC offers participants an outdoor experience where they explore scenic trails, build confidence, and connect with nature in a supportive environment.

Pickleball

  • Duration: 70 minutes
  • Location: Off property, bus transportation provided

Pickleball combines elements of badminton, table tennis, and tennis. 2 or 4 players use solid paddles to hit a ball, much like a wiffle ball, over the net. Join us indoors in our recreation center for instruction and warm up before we have a fun tournament!
